Position Overview:
As an Amazon Product Research Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive research on specified products, leveraging tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout. Your primary objective will be to gather crucial data regarding competition, pricing, reviews, and Amazon Best Sellers Rank (BSR) to aid in strategic decision-making and product selection.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research using Helium 10, Jungle Scout, and other relevant tools to analyze designated products.
Determine the number of sellers offering the product on Amazon and assess their strategies.
Analyze and report the average selling price of the identified products across various sellers.
Evaluate the average number of reviews per product to gauge customer sentiment and market demand.
Gather and assess Amazon BSR data to understand product performance and competitiveness.
Collaborate with other teams to interpret research findings and contribute to product selection strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in conducting product research specifically on the Amazon platform.
Proficiency in utilizing research tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar product research software.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to accurately interpret data.
Excellent communication skills to convey research insights effectively.
Ability to work independently and within a team, adhering to project deadlines.
Prior knowledge of e-commerce, market trends, and consumer behavior is a plus.
