debug currently deployed AWS ECS to run Meteor app with meterhacks:cluster

I have already deployed AWS ECS, EC2 are Amazon Linux. Also have the Meteor Dockerfile and the commands for creating the task definition and the service.
Meteor app docker image gets created locally and pushed to the Cluster Repository which is used by the Container Agent to launch the Container.
Currently there is Error which says:
Error: Cluster: trying to connect, but already connected
The free lancer must be familiar with AWS ECS and Meteor and meteorhacks:cluster package and be able to give instructions/steps/config files needed on the chat to fix this so as to ensure that 2 meteor apps running on different EC2 in the ECS and have ddp calls between them using the meteorhacks:cluster.
