I need simple WebVie hybrid iOS and Andorid app developed.

I will develop the design in the feature but first i need the app developed.

There will be login/register functionality with phone number/email confirmation.

There will be few buttons on the web for exampe the webView will point to [login to view URL]

There will be:

button 1 <input type="button" value="Report">

button 2 <input type="button" value="Contact">

button 3 <input type="button" value="Vote">

button 1 - when "Report" is clicked the Camera app should open and the user should be able to make a picture and then it must be uploaded to [login to view URL]

time - is clear

lat - latitude of precise GPS location

long - longitude of precise GPS location

button 2 and button 4 - you do not have to take care of this. It wil be fuly web based - php/html/javascript contact form etc.....

Some more details will be shared while working with the awarded person.
