Simple Press Release Writer Needed for Various Projects

I am looking for someone who can help me write a series of very simple press releases for various sites / topics / products / projects.
The Press Releases will need to be between 300 and 400 words each, I can give you some examples to start with.
You will be required to come up with the Headline, Subhead and Body for the Press Release, written in a typical Press release tone, with one or two quotes from people within the text. (you will need to come up with the quotes).
I am looking for someone to build a long term relationship with, who I can just ask as needed for another PR on XXX topic.
Payment will be made per PR. Somtimes I might ask for 5 or 10 at a time, so all need to be slightly different, but kind of the same if you know what I mean.
Obviously you will need to be a native (or very very good) English speaker / writer.
But overall this project is fairly simple, a PR shouldn't take anymore than about 30 mins to write.
