I need a pencil sketch artist

I am looking at possibly having a pencil sketch of a particular bar, as the background, with both myself and my girlfriend sketched into the foreground.
Please note, this will not come from an actual picture of the image presented above, but I can provide an image of 1) the place in question, 2) a separate image of my girlfriend and I.
When all images are in your possession, possibly we could have a phone meeting so as I can explain how I would like the sketch/vignette to look etc.
Is this something you can do, or do you only work with an actual image that mirror's into a sketch?
I would also need this project to be complete and in my possession by latest, November 30th.
