Two 12 x 18 Water color renderings from elevations

Provide two different but similar water color artists hand renderings created from elevations furnished in PDF format of residential housing units.

Provide originals in watercolor on canvas to our office in Gulfport, MS USA zip code 39507 prior to May 5th, 2008.

Provide color scans of work or artist proofs via email prior to final work so that changes, colors, and styles can be adjusted.

These are two different units on the same site. The landscaping is not shown but the artist shall take liberty to provide an attractive appearing isometric rendering to sell the idea of the remodel to a government grant agency.
