User Registration function and suggest a link function in .NET C#

For the website I have written user registration function and suggest a link. It is written in asp.net C#, SQL2000. It is mostly done. I will give you my code. Your task is to polish it and make it work in a more professinal manner.

Alternatively you can write same function yourself. You are welcome to make use of some of my code if required.

You need to provide full design documentation,implementation instructions and help me to install it and run on my server.

I want this work started immediatly and finish it by 15 Nov 06.

I want work progress report daily.
