web video mgmt system (C# 3.5)

We use brightcove for our video mgmt server but we prefer that our team inputs the videos and not our customers. so we want to build a video mgmt system that will let customers upload videos to a system, then we download the video , review/approve and then put into our brightcove video server. so here is what we need from you

Web system that allows for customers to be able to upload very large files, we should plan that these can be upto 250mb

the videos will go to our file system and be stored. the database will allow the admin to see a grid of these videos so they can download them, check the file size, extension etc.. and then change thier status from submitted to in review and then eventually approved.

I want this grid to have some to and from dates in it that the admin can set so we can track that a video was approved to go live on Aug1 but should be taken down on Aug15. for this i think we can just use a calendar control and store this in the db.

Controls to use

On the front side the customers will be uploading the videos. we should use the telerik upload control it has good memroy mgmt and is optimized for large file uploads etc.. the rest of the ui on the this page will be given to you as xhtml. basically i just need login and then upload and see my other uploads

on the admin side

Grid can be a repeater, i have a pretty good ui and css for this already from the other areas of the system

the calendar control i want to use is from extjs

the window to watch the movie/video is extjs (use this [extension][1] )

status change will be via a combo box we will use [extjs][2]

You will be responsible for deploying this on my server and providing some support to make sure we have it working correctly

I dont think this is a huge project so please let me know a good estimate of completion time.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
