Hello! I'm looking for somebody to create architectural drawings for an addition to my home. I don't have any existing drawings or blueprints. The addition will be less than 500 square feet in total size.
-Scaled drawings and a site plan and a floor plan for accurate representation of the home and changes
-Elevations of the three sides of the home in context (include cladding in comparison to existing and dimensions of both, show where window will be removed and window will be added in all drawings to scale)
-Scaled wall and building sections with foundations, overhangs, trim and clearly labeled
(ceiling heights in proportion to existing home features, show where new addition and roof will intersect with second floor windows)
-must be provided in PDF form
