Notary or accountat or any professional needed for document verification

I need a copy if my ID card and my bank statement certified for a virtual office address rent, but currently Im abroad so I need support. I can live video call or send a video to authenticate the documents.

You will need to print, certify and send a good quality photo of the certified documents. It will be an hour occupation maximum.

“A copy of ID card (front and bank) bank statement will need to be ‘certified’ by a registered professional, i.e. post office, bank, an accountancy firm, solicitor, doctor or local town hall - and affixed with their office stamp (mandatory).

How to certify a document?

Please take the original document and ask the registered professional to certify the copy by:

- writing ‘Certified to be a true copy of the original seen by me’ on the document

- signing and dating it

- printing their name under the signature

- adding their occupation, address and telephone number

- affixed with their office stamp (mandatory)
