bitmapdata to png,bpg gif

I need some one to write an pngencoder and jpegencoder in c++ where bitmapdata from flash is passed as an input and the output is recieved in he form of png and jpg. The input parameters passed will be width of image,height of image, and the pixels array for each row col. The project cost should not go more than 50 dollar

I need a custom dll to which you can pass bitmapdata from flash and the width and height of image and the resultant output should be transparent png
