Dummy Typing Speed Test Program

I need a executable file ala software developed that tests the users 'Typing Speed' - The software needs to only look like its doing this and the functionality doesnt need to be there. As in this would be a dummy program
On the first screen, the user enters ther details such as name, email and other fiels i shall specify to the winning bidder
The second screen will test the users typing speed. The program only needs to LOOK like its doing this. So maybe have a paragraph on the top half and a text box on the sond half where the user types the above paragraph.
On the thrid screen there needs to be a fake 'You results are being processes' screen followd by a 'You results have been calculated and sent to us. We will get back to you shortly'.
That is it. I dont know what programming language this can be coded in. The smaller the size of the executable the better.
Please bid accordingly, from what i concur this is a very simple job which only needs fake inputs etc and nothing needs to be saved to a db or emailed out anyone.
