what we need is a :
scalable svg
css
div that can be placed with text
So we can place div where we want the SVG image and put text within the image.
Sample image attached, we want it to look nice, this is just an example
part of the grey needs to change colour - to red or green to indicate an alarm condition
We want to use this like a function on our webpage
so part of the delivery will be to display it on a temporary webpage
