Fix Tenor API GIF Size for Trending/Search in Delphi 10.2

I am using the Tenor GIF API and currently on the trending/search area, the GIFs are not scaled properly which is resulting in the full GIF not being displayed, some text or parts of the GIF are cut out and it does not look good this way. I want it to show the full GIF for trending/search. This is a Delphi 10.2 project.
