As a growing business, I'm in need of an Executive Virtual Assistant with a proven track record in ecommerce, sales and marketing. Ideally, you have previous experience managing Etsy and Amazon stores, as well as automating sales processes.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ecommerce Management: Tasks include managing my Etsy and Amazon shops, as well as my WordPress/WooCommerce site. You'll oversee everything from product posting to print on demand logistics.
- Sales and System Automation: I'm seeking assistance in automating my sales processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Branding and Social Media: Part of the role will include creating engaging content for my social platforms. Furthermore, you'll contribute to strengthening my brand's online presence.
I'm looking for someone who is proficient in managing ecommerce platforms, especially Etsy, Amazon and WooCommerce. Experience with social media management, and sales system automation is required. In addition, an eye for branding and an ability to create engaging content is also vital in this role.
