Need changes in Prestashop theme I have purchased according to my requirements

I want to build an online store with prestashop, I have purchased a theme from themeforest rococo here is link ([login to view URL]). I need a few changes in it according to my requirements listed below.

1. Need a logo for my store.

2. Need some custom pages like privacy policy, return policy etc, I will provide the content.

3. Need some design changes in front office like header navbar, color and theme. I will provide the sample website for theme replication. example ([login to view URL])

4. Need a simple module enable my shop for multiple sellers, should show seller on product page and store link leads to store of seller. Store should show, banner, logo, description and products of store owner don't need login for owner etc, just need a store page.

5. Delivery city choice drop down, I should be able to change shipping cost according to destination and quick order form on product page.

6. add product categories with icon and headers. (I will only provide name of categories)

7. customize banners in theme.

8. Ability to choose and buy one free item with each order. Only 1 free item with each order is allowed. I can enable and disable this from backoffice.

9. assist me in deployment if necessary.

write my prestashop in your bids. This project leads to more work as it my own product.

about point 3 I just need changes in header and overall color font changes not the structure of my theme
