Design quote form

We need a quoting system developed on excel. Currently my sales people do all there data entry manually but I would like to automate this more to make their job more efficient. Basically we want to be able enter all our detail on a worksheet with drop down lists and have this information automatically transfer to a quote form that we can send to the customer. We have 3 brands of trucks, Fuso, Mercedes-Benz and Freightliner with over 100 different models. We need to be able to select a brand which will then display the list of models. Once a model is selected a brief description will be loaded to the quote form. We need an accessory list with pricing. Also need an email tab button on the worksheet so it automatically opens up in outlook to send email to customer with a hidden CC to the General Manager. Registration costs will also be involved with a tab to send to the registration website. if applicable of a formula of sorts if needed. I will attach our current forms which will need to be modified of course. This is a broad overview and we can fine tune the other details later. Hoping to achieve this outcome in a 2 page quote. Price negotiable if necessary.
