Excel automatically transfer information to google calendar

I need excel to automatically communicate with my google calendar account when:
If L11>0 then excel will automatically post to google calendar to the date that is in H1
Information to post:
"*"&Q2&" - "&E4&" ,"&H6
Event start time=A122
Event end time=A122+5
Where=H4&", "&H5&", "&H6
Description=H3&", "&H8&" Guests, "&E8&", "&E9
If L28>0 then remove "*" in front of Q2&" - "&E4&" ,"&H6
If sheet name contains "n - " then delete entire post from google calendar
