Excel Expert Needed - Mass data analysis and visualization

I will provide Historic Trading Data from quotemedia, which I have a subscription for. They can only export 1,000 rows of trade data at once. If you can find a workaround to export all data at once this will save me a lot of time, but is not the focus. This can be a separate project actually.
The project is for post data acquisition.
On average, there will be anywhere between 15,000 to 50,000 rows of trade data (sometimes more). These rows will include: Time & Date Stamp, Buy amount, Sell amount, VWAP, Buyer, Seller, Exchange and Price. I need macros built that can build reports for each buyer and each seller independently. I will follow up with what metrics I'll need included. As well, I'll need a dynamic dashboard created that can filter and adjust the data based on time stamps , buyer, seller and exchange. I have attempted building a spreadsheet to simply calculate cumulative positions of each buyer/seller, but even that one piece crashes excel.
Any advice/strategy on how to best streamline this project as well would be completely taken into consideration.
The attached image is a snapshot of the data from columns A to I. All columns from J to LL basically (253 different buyers/sellers) are simply my way of getting their cumulative positions. This obviously needs to be done more efficiently.
Ideally this would be a fixed price project. $1,500 is my price at the moment for a good base product. If I like the first project there will be HUGE space for additional add-ons to build in as I have a large number of things I'd like to build into this data eventually.
EDIT: Because of the overwhelming amount of high quality proposals, I will be proposing the full idealistic vision of my project. This has been a work in progress on my end for a long time and will require someone who will like to help problem solve with me and data-scraping and database management skills may be needed. Cost is obviously flexible. I will not choose the cheapest or most expensive. I'll be looking for value and someone who understands my vision from the get go. I'll be creating the full proposal in the coming days and would prefer to bill on an hourly rate. Please stay tuned and I appreciate the patience.
