Fix an Excel spreadsheet with 5 Sheets with VLOOKUP

I have a spreadsheet with 5 worksheets on it. Each Sheet contains data from online purchases from different marketplaces (Amazon, ebay, alibris, shipstation). Each marketplace gives us a tracking number for the item. Sheet 2 (AbeOrders) contains a full list of items with relative order numbers. Each item has been purchased on one (and only one) marketplace.
I need to create a Sheet called "All", which will have the Date, order number from AbeOrders followed by item description and all tracking numbers so I can easily retrieve the tracking number from the correspondent marketplace.
All order numbers come from AbeOrder Sheet.
For example order number 550174038-174 (Planet of Youth book) was bought on ebay and tracking number is 9449011899561017983200. I know this from the ebay sheet. On Tab "All" I should see the tracking number in ebay column next to the Item name.
It is possible sometimes that Shipstation sheet AND another channel (like Amazon) have both tracking numbers: in that case they should be reported both on Sheet "All".
You can find the matching rows with 2 criteria:
1 - by Order number (in red)
2 - by Item name (truncated at 30 characters in Yellow)
For example Order number 550174038-174 can be searched on shipstation by its order number, but on amazon only by its title "Planet of Youth..."
The goal is to have the "All" sheet with all Date, order number, item name, with tracking from one marketplace plus shipstation (if available.)
Amazon sheet needs to have item name truncated at 30 characters.
At the end you should show me how to do this with new data that I will be occasionally addying to all of the tabs except the "All" tab.
This can be achieved with VLOOKUP. Please dont use macros since this sheet will be opened on many different versions of excel. NO MACROS OR VBA.
