Require Microsoft Excel professional in VBA+Design

Hi. I am looking for a Microsoft Excel professional who is capable of coding almost anything in VBA and somebody who is capable of designing in Excel. I have a range of templates which I need creating and some templates modifying which have been created by previous freelancers.
Unfortunately finding somebody who is capable of my tasks has been tricky. I have managed to get a few of them complete, but they still contain many bugs and progress has been very slow. I am now seeking somebody to complete the remainder of my templates.
Please be aware before applying to this job, around 50 people have attempted my tasks and failed due to not knowing enough VBA or simply not being able to design to a high enough standard. You should only apply if you consider yourself as one of the best. Once you apply, I will send you the necessary files to look over. For every new template done I am paying $400. For the changes to the existing templates, this can be discussed based on the work required.
