I need someone to design a Mailchimp template using the branding and content of an existing .pdf format newsletter.

The newsletter is for BirdLife International's Rare Bird Club. The Rare Bird Club of BirdLife International is an exclusive international community of currently around 300 individuals who are determined to make a difference through their high level of support. All profits made from trips and events are ploughed back into the charity's work.

You can see the current pdf template by downloading the attached file below. We are looking to move from this pdf template to a Mailchimp e-newsletter. You will need to ensure we retain the branding of the club (in terms of the logo, colouring and fonts where possible). You will also need to ensure that the content of the newsletter can fit in a visually appealing way into the template - accounting for the text, images and captions of each piece. It will need a table of contents (linked to the appropriate content below) and introduction at the start.
