Indian Theme Wedding Album Design

I am looking for a talented graphic designer to design a wedding album. I will send you around 200 pics which you have use to design around 30 designs with dimension of 12" x 32". If necessary you have to retouch the portrait images, and for other you could change the tone of the image to match the context.

The design has to be done in Photoshop, you can send JPEG file for review and once the design is approved, you will need to upload us the PSD files. If you are good at this, this could turn into frequent work throughout the year.
Please send me samples of your previous work related to graphics design.
i) Keep the design simple and clean by using pleasant colors for background. Use Gradients instead of plain colors, avoid using very bright colors like yellow,orange. Most preferable colors are black Gradient, White, Dark Grey, Maroon, and very light shade of gradient colors matching the content. You can decide but make sure the color is pleasing to look at.
ii) Design has to be 12" X 32" ( 12" Height 32"Width )
iii) This is a album for Wedding reception, so you have show the story of the day along with your creative Graphics of portrait pictures. (May be on one side of the design you can have the picture of the couple and on the other side the happenings of the day, just an idea)
iv) For background ideas have look at the actress wallpaper design( example at http://www.bollywoodhungama.com/celebrities/wallpapers/ )
v) add glossy look to some design, this one http://www.internationalpress.com/images/photoplus09/Graphi-Castle.jpg really looks good. Be professional with this type of work, else it can really get nasty.
vi) In some cases you can retouch the portrait pictures to give some lighting effect, vignette effect, glamour effect etc, this requires real creative skill.
vii) Please do not use any kind of Text or floral in the design, also avoid small things like star, leaves, flowers etc. These things gives really oldish look to the design, time has shown better ways to design graphics.
