Create a superhero -- 3

Create a Superhero from the ground up.

I need a real life superhero created for the UK for real life. Here's the minimum requirements but the more details the better. Designs must be made with scaring criminals in mind.

Superhero name: (something cool like "Daredevil" but not something like "Spiderman" or "Superman")

Logo design:

How to find crime/criminals: (e.g. police scanner)

Hideout: where the hero should reside and how to successfully transition from hero to civilian without getting caught/discovered.

Vehicle: Need a superhero/bulletproof vehicle and how to make it including materials ideally.

Super Suit: Design the suit and list materials needed to make it (must be able to actually make it)

Weapons: Show weapons and how they fit onto the suit (maximum of two pistols i.e. 9mm)

Important to make really good images/design so that I can put them on the cover of a comic book. Must also be realistic and explain materials used to make supersuit. Will pay between 40-250 euros depending on the quality of the work.
