Design Icon for iOS Application

I have an existing 96x96 app icon that I need to be sharpened and resized for an iOS application that I\'m developing.
Specifically, you will be creating many differently sized icons based on the existing icon that I will provide to you.
The sizes I need are as follows:
1) 180 x 180
2) 120 x 120
3) 120 x 120
4) 152 x 152
5) 76 x 76
6) 167 x 167
7) 1024 x 1024
8) 640 x 1136
9 ) 640 x 960
10) 1536 x 2048 (portrait)
11) 2048 x 1536 (landscape)
12) 768 x 1024 (portrait)
13) 1024 x 768 (landscape)
14) 2048 x 2732 (portrait)
15) 2732 x 2048 (landscape)
The graphics that you will create must adhere to Apple\'s guidelines as provided at [login to view URL]
I believe that this should be a fairly simple project for the person with the right skills.
Please provide examples of your work or a portfolio if you have one. I will offer a bonus to anyone who takes the initiative to improve upon the design of the icon based on the theme of the application.
