• Provide proactive presentations service, creating high-end documents using MS PowerPoint and MS Word. Presentations may include incorporating sound, custom graphics and interactive elements, including design elements built in MS Visio.

• Develop automated forms and template using Adobe Writer and MS Word, simple DBMS using Access, as well as PowerPoint presentations, and Excel spreadsheets for reports, charts and graphs.
• Excellent Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe PhotoShop for a high-quality publications including meeting handouts, invitations, and marketing materials, whitepaper, newsletter etc.
• Maintain a high degree of quality control through self-proofing, redline review, and style guide adherence.
• Provide floating support for teammates on various projects as needed.
• Managing and streamlining workflow
