Target Audience: 45 to 65 averages 56. Reasonably tech savvy. Good dexterity and vision.
Main goals:
Selling HA with Smart phone connection: Bernafon, Phonak, widex, ReSound and rechargeable hearing aids
Sell main stream hearing aids at low price across UK, USA and Canada and expats in Europe.
Make choosing a hearing aid easy based on performance indicators and reviews which are sent to users.
The websites main aim is to sell hearing aids online. I want a website that looks modern clean and better than the ones listed below. The website needs to inspire people with confidence so they are happy to purchase from us.
Website mainly based on [login to view URL] which does what we want to do with our website but needs to look and function better with Keys features outlined below. Also [login to view URL] but their website is not very good.
For comparison of the features and reviews the following websites/pages will be used for ideas

As part of the development, I will also want the shop populated with the products, pictures, description and graphics etc mainly taken from the [login to view URL] website and production information, key features of the products taken form [login to view URL]
I would like the options of videos on the home page that give information like [login to view URL] near the bottom of the page and user reviews banner.
I like the look of the idea of boxes overlapping the banner like at [login to view URL] but the banner extends too far down.
And boxes on [login to view URL] just below the banner with the different coloured underlines under the text in the boxes (Quidco when logged in also does a similar thing)
Note: I am open to suggestions on how to make it better, but it needs to look good and professional.

Wordpress based
Able to update theme which means features are based on plugins not custom coding.
Shop preferably woocommerce.
Be able to sell in UK, Europe, America and Canada, be able to show prices in native currency
Connection to google merchant account for all hearing aids and products sold on website
Schema for showing reviews by meta description in google searches on whole website
Have in order process the request for hearing test data which is then recorded and sent via email with the order to our email address. This could be added by the shopper in the product screen before they buy the hearing aid eg [login to view URL] as attached file or/and hearing level numbers inputted (with help button showing on how to do this link by the side)
Hearing aid product: have chart of performance averages which are taken from reviews at [login to view URL] in thumbnail and description and review star rating from shoppers feedback after purchase.
In thumbnails of hearing aid be able to add small icons to show some of the key hearing aid features like smart phone compatibility, rechargeable.
Facility to track orders, fulfilment etc
Checkout with paypal and card (stripe)
Automated Feedback email sent after purchase to shopper a few weeks after, requesting feedback on product – star rating, simple quick and easy for user to give rating.
Blog posts template, blog posts able to be automatically be posted to social media (facebook, twitter)
Comparison part to website that allows to compare features like planet hearing advanced comparison tool [login to view URL]
We will want ability to show instruction videos and frequently asked questions.
