I would like to develop online chat support website.
The website will run by Japanese volunteers. Japanese volunteers will help tourists and foreign residents in Japan with this chat system.
A lot of people will use so the chat system has to be easy and simple.
These are functions that I need

1) Japanese volunteer side.
・Sign up and in with Facebook、Twitter、Google accounts
・Change Picture, nick name, profile, language
・Management screen: Where the chat requests come up (real time)
*Japanese volunteer will choose and click then start chatting.
・Deactivate membership
2) User side (tourists and foreign residents in Japan)
・Sign up and in with Facebook、Twitter、Google accounts
・Change Picture, nick name, profile, language
・Deactivate membership
3）Chat screen
・Show volunteer's name and pic.
*Click the pic goes to volunteer's profile page.
・Show user's name and pic.
*Click the pic goes to user's profile page.
4) Management side
・Access to chat history
・Access to members
・Deactivate members(For mischief and harassment)
