Extensive Design of a Custom Card Box

We have a custom templet that is attached in three parts: Part 1 is the outer top and bottom of the box cover, Part 2 is the inside, and Part 3 side wrap around the box itself.
We have a smaller box already created that we want to follow the design for this custom box, adding in a few elements. You can find the example of our smaller box attached. The file named "picture 1" is the main focus of the custom box. On the top front of the box, please use the file named "logo" to expand the width of the box, above that, write the text "Rehabbing the Art of Conversation" as shown in our smaller box example.
To the bottom righthand side of the front of the box, please include the file "QR Code" and use the same wording above the QR Code as on the smaller box.
The bottom left of the box, we want a hand holding one of our cards, an example of this is found in the file named "flyer".
For part 2 of the templet, please use the same red that is found in our logo. The main color of the box itself should be black.
We will need a 3D photorealistic model made as well as AI files. ALL FILES NEED TO BE VECTOR. There will be 2 more designs for two additional boxes created after this one is finished so looking for someone who can stick with us for two more additional projects. Once the front of the box is designed, we will also need the back of the box as well as the inside created digitally.
