Magento 2 upgrade for our current site and admin - needed ASAP!!

Hey there,

I need to upgrade from Magento 1 to Magento 2 with our current site and admin.

We need you to upgrade and have a smooth design with the one we have. We dont want to change the design too much but to upgrade and make this better.

We also want a new checkout that has Paypal 1 touch and ipay.

Should not be hard work, we have already used one dev and its been poor work.
