I am launching a new Market Place service where businesses and individuals can come together for their specific needs (products).
Sellers have interest of selling something and buyers have interest in buying something. It will be a platform mainly to meet other parties and would have majority/common UI features from other market place companies like Groupon or eBay for example. However, we don't need to deal with actual payment processing.
Some common features:
- Signup/Signin - Registration and other standard features like My Account
- About Us - Our Services - Couple of pages (animation/videos), ...
- I want to sell / I want to buy forms with appropriate fields, pics upload, item description, details, etc. which will show up in catalog/product page.
- Product Catalog -- showing items buyers are ready to buy,

Integration to BackEnd Engine (Service Store) where you submit all requests. This website will call backend Engine using HTTP/SOAP
- Content Management System is MUST
- Should have Admin Console to manage users/accounts/products
- Overall site will have thousands of products under various categories.
