Build a website with information pages and a membership system that utilises thirdparty authentication options such as Google, Microsoft, Facebook and Azure AD.
The membership system needs to be able to submit forms and lookup information from an Azure SQL Database.

- Utilise HTML5 to make the website responsive to for an iOS and Android App
- Deploy the app to the Google Play and Apple App Stores
Design
- Wireframes will be provided for the application
- Design options and colour schemes should be provided for review, website and mobile app
- Visual Studio Online for source control
Examples of work of websites, apps and design work should be provided in your quote.
Reviewing the proposals, we need to provide clarity around the technology.
The winning bid will be expected to develop in Visual Studio 2017 C# using ASP.NET MVC, a toolkit like Telerik should be utilised to speed up development time.
The architecture should use MVC for the website\app but build a layer using rest APIs to the database which may be hosted in a separate cloud or onpremise environment.
Delivered Components:
- Graphic Design for 20 Pages
- HTML 5 Response Website
- iPhone and Android wrapper apps for the website, published in the app store
- Database Layer utilising SQL Server or Azure SQL with Rest APIs as the interface for the HTML 5 app
We need graphic design draft options and theme presented within 3 days of awarding, completed
design for 20 pages in 10 days.
Delivery of the UAT HTML 5 App in 20 days from design approval
During UAT deliver the iPhone\Android wrapper apps as a separate release.
Provide evidence of testing and key items that should be tested during UAT.
Provide evidence of Graphic Design, HTML 5 ASP.NET Web Development, iPhone and Android apps
