NEED HELP WITH EXISTING WEBSITE

I would like some help from a web developer who knows HTML,CSS, and JAVASCRIPT or Jquery. I designed this website but I couldn't figure out how to do a few things,([login to view URL]).

1) The first thing I need done is to be able to install the comma (,) in the inputs fields, so that when its calculated it will look like this. 45,000.00, right now it looks like this 45000.00.

2) The second thing I need is if it could add up by itself in the total price field, so I wont have button.

3) The third thing I need is if we could make the Dealer Accessory Total: and the Total Price: fields look more like the input fields.
