I need improve Admin Area of my website

I have a website admin area, I need:
1. in the section Add Cruises/ Add a new button with the name Add Company
2. In the company section it allows me to enter:
a) Name of the company
b) Insert icon picture of the company and display in the website
c) Space to write details of the company
3. Add a new button with the name Cruise Ship Name
4. In the Cruise Ship Name section it allows me to enter
a) Choose one option from the first button Company
b) Add option to Insert full photos to reflect in the website
5. Modify the Add Description button to choose one Cruise Ship Name
6. Modify the Add Description button to choose one Company
7. Displey the information with the photos of the first Button Company and with the second Button Cruise Ship Name
