I need a Magento expert with design skills to help me with my site

I have a website [login to view URL] in which I am building a toolstore. I am in marketing/sales and know some code, but for me to finish what I need, will take more time than getting an expert on the case, which is why I am reaching out.
The Magento store is a 2.2.3 where I have purchased and installed the Porto theme. This theme comes with numerous designs and I have selected one of them, but I need for it to be totally sharp, which is why I also need an expert with design-knowledge. I have 2 versions of the logo where both has green in it (I also have one with white text). Both of them green, so I need a color palette for the rest of the site, that matches the green color in the logo.
This is what I need done on my site:
General design needs updated/connected to look & feel and color connection. Porto design is generally OK, so it's tweaks and twerks + color update to make it look professional.
When I try to change country on a page other than front page, the URL does not update as expected. It must work correctly when selecting another country (and also click the back button without site error).
Country flags has broken flag
Algolia search extension must work (example [login to view URL])
"Layered Navigation & Product Filter Extension for Magento 2" Filter extension must be installed and work.([login to view URL])
Megamenu must be organized to display correctly
