Redesign my shop hoarding boards

I want to redesign 2 advertisement banners for my shop one for hoarding board and one for to put on my shop glass door..
I have attache d the image of exiting banners you can get the idea from these.
Please make new banners more attractive and with good color combination.
The language will be in Arabic and English.
Budge is $5. new freelancer designer are most welcome.
I need the banners in vector form so that i can use them in any size.
