Simple Email Signature Work

I need 2 things but are the same.
I need an image that I will use as my email signature. Needs to be nice, clean, sleek, trendy and professional looking. Needs to be small enough to load easily. This will be in a JPG.
I also need the same identical design that will be uploaded on my website. Same Identical is key.
I have all of the images.
I will need you to upload it onto my site that is WordPress Based.

Attached is what my current signature looks like. Not happy with it. Need to add personal photo.
Attached is a Zip File with all the images to use.
The idea is to display an image in the email and when the reader clicks the image/link, it takes them to my site where they see the identical art, but now clickable.
Once I am happy, I will create one for each of my team, total 4…All identical except the personal photo and contact info.
