Upgrading the existing website with more features in 30 to 45 days maximum.

Here the basic requirement for the website feature to be built. But we didn’t mention so elaborately because of time and resource constraint. But if you want to know details, we can email the detailed document and then we may have teleconference and discuss so that you can finalize time period and bidding amount. We are very flexible with the amount if appropriate technical team is there.

1. Initial and Client setup:

Making the website responsive so that it will work on mobiles, tabs, smart phones and desktops without disturbing the existing website and its images and content etc.,

2. Client functionality:

[login to view URL] can Register if they are new and they can login if they are old. If they are existing clients then the previous year's info should be popped up so that can save some time in filling the tax related or personal forms. If any info is changed then they can delete old info and update with the new info.

[login to view URL] their user ids and passwords online from the website. They should be able to enter the related data of the clients or content with forms. Once they saved the form they can not change or delete the file or folder unless Super Admin can give the permission to them. Also there should be request form to Admin to do this task.

3. The content entered by the clients should be saved in the word or excel or xml format. The filename should be in the client firstname and lastname format. Also it should be available in the webpage too so that employees can copy and paste while entering into related software application.

4. They should upload and the download any files from their account but they cannot modify or delete the uploaded files. When ever client creates account automatically a folder should be created with their name and all the forms entered and uploaded files should be saved in the folder. They can read them but they CAN NOT CHANGE or DELETE any forms or files once saved or uploaded. While uploading the files same file name is already there then the file should be saved the name adding 1 at the end and so on. Of course when ever we put a file in their folder they can download it from their account login.

5. On client dash board, they should be able to see their status with us related their tax file and also tentative date that task to be completed. All this info should be given by either Admin or Employee when they are working their files.

6. When ever work is done Employee or Admin can put some pdf file in their account. Once that pdf file or any file is placed on their account it should trigger an email to the client with download link so that client can login to that account and they can down load the related file.

7. The forms will be designed basing on our excel sheet to be provided to you once we are ok with the project and monitory terms.
