html 5 java script changes to animation

I have an animation that needs a preloader added. There is also a snow effect that needs to fixed to the size of the container and styled also for mobile (snow falls in a blue colour but should be white on mobile).
I have had two freelancers already say they can complete this but hav failed so please do not bid unless you can complete the project. Payment will be made on completion due to two time wasters already.
I forgot to mention this needs be done in 2 hours from now. If you cant do it tonight please do not bid

Not sure why the other freelancers couldn't make this work. From what I can see based on what you've attached, the mobile width can be fixed by adjusting the sass stylesheets, the same applies for the snow turning blue Továbbiak
