Opentaps eComm & Credit Card page customization

1) Need to customize Opentaps/ecommerce default page(s) to adapt dynamically to multiple devices (e.g Android/iPhone; Tablet; IE browser)
2) Also need to customize Opentaps' ecommerce payment check out page to adapt accordingly
Currently running on:
- Opentaps 1.0.4
- MySQL
- Platform = windows server 2008 R2
- DLL = isapi_redirect-1.2.27
- SDK = j2sdk1.4.2
Must have previous experience customizing .ftl in the webapp\ecommerce and .xml in WEB-INF.
