Adding new page on a bootsrap website HTML production

We already finished the most important part of a HTML production website;

But im not satisfied with the deadline approach of my programmer. The deadline was 6 days, and at the end of the 17th day we are still working on small issues. So, i can not trush him to continue with these 6 new pages. Now our situation is very urgent and these pages should be finished as fast as possible, because we need to finish dynamic coding by the end of this week, with my team.
You should protect the structure of the website, which is well designed i think.
So we have 5 pages to add;
1. About Us
2. Clients
3. News
4. Press
5. Contact Us
And 1 page to modify
Works: [url removed, login to view], %70 terminated, but it needs to be modified.
The designs are in attach as jpg files, i will send the Photoshop PSD files to you after project award.
I have to inform that the project is very clear, so your deadline should be extremely strict. I can not risk delay anymore for this project.
