Convert (rework) Flash Action script banner to html5 compatible banner (2 Banners)

I have a 2 banners written in flash.
1. Banner #1: Imports a xml feed from another site and uses that XML feed to generate a leader board list.
2. Banner#2: Displays a video in a banner.
I need both of these to be redone in html5. I do have the original .fla files (as well as the swf files). These should be done with best practices in mind.

I will need to review any raw source code used. (visible source code, no encrypted files).
