E-MAIL MARKETING PROJECT (long-term)
We want someone who is experienced in setting up an email system that will send out 75,000 emails per day for six months in order to develop an e-mail newsletter subscriber base.
We are looking for a company that is HIGHLY experienced at PLANNING, DESIGNING and IMPLEMENTING email newsletter campaigns that will drive traffic to our website and help us turn prospects into customers.
PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR A COMPLETE DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT.
We will only respond to inquiries that address the particulars of the project we have described in the attached document.
PHASE 1.) BULK E-MAILING TO DEVELOP SUBSCIBER BASE FOR OUR E-MAIL NEWSLETTERS ---
75,000 emails per day for SIX months months.**

---Inbox must have a high rate
(**Totals 13.6 million emails sent out during this six months. PLEASE BASE YOUR QUOTE ON THIS TOTAL)
---We will supply the email contacts. The contacts will need to be cleaned of bounces.
---We are looking for a provider that can handle complaints. If the IP is blacklisted, they must be able to use additional rotating IPs. You also have to remove the blacklisted IPs.
---All email messages should contain a valid unsubscribe link.
---Your server should be secure and have a firewall.
BULK-EMAIL TRACKING PROGRESS On a daily basis, we need to be able to review and track

PHASE 2.) E-MAIL NEWSLETTER CAMPAIGN (10 Newsletters).
As part of our first email message during our BULK-EMAILING phase, we will invite readers to subscribe to our series of 10 newsletters.
We need someone who can help us manage all email traffic at all points of the email newsletter campaign, such as:
1.) Acknowledging the subscription of a user. 2.) Using autoresponders at all points of the process
3.) Maintaining a complete record of all subscriptions.
4.) Automatic Unsubscribes
The second part of our email campaign (sending e-mail newsletters to subscribers) will be much smaller, probably averaging about 800-1,000 newsletters during the first six months)
---We will send out one newsletter per week to our subscriber base.
---We will supply you with a flowchart that details what e-mail newsletters need to be sent out, and by when.
