1000 PR 3-4+ Permanent SEO Quality backlinks required

Hi,

I am looking for a qualified professional Link Builder to provide me with permanent1000 One-Way, non-reciprocal links from pages with a Google PR 3-4-5-6+ needed for my website built gradually over a period of 1 month. Specific keywords and corresponding URL will be provided.

GUIDELINES:

* Links must be strictly from: Google PR3-4-5-6+ Pages (not the homepage of the website, but the actual page where the link is placed)

* ALL backlinks must be DO FOLLOW, DO INDEX... All links will be checked.

* Free one-way manual links, one link per domain.

- Backlinks must be in sites relevant to my market (education)

* Page should not be excluded by robots.txt.

* Link page must be search engine friendly.

* Links must be static HTML links. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty

* Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google, Bing, MSN and Yahoo within last 30-80 days.

* Links must be permanent, You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement.

* Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses.

* I reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable.

- No spam links

- Backlinks must be placed only on English websites

- Links must be static HTML links. Including the target keywords I provide in anchor text

- Links should placed as:

- max 30 links per day

- AT LEAST 3 backlink must be PR9

- AT LEAST 3 backlinks must be PR8

- AT LEAST 50 backlinks must be PR7

- delivery time: 30 days

NOT ALLOWED:

* No contextual ads sites, scraped content, mirror sites, popups, intrusive advertising, NO SPAMMING, etc.

* No adult websites or with illegal content.

* NO black hat or Grey hat tactics. We require white hat techniques only.

You will need to produce a daily report with the following:

1. URL of page where link is located.

2. Google PR of the page where my link is located.

3. Anchor Text used for the link.

4. IP of link page.
