Manage Online Leads Using Chat To Get Name & Email

We have an online store that we pay Google Adwords to bring between 100 and 200 visitors per day currently which can be increased if this is successful.
We are not available to stay online in the chat to speak to visitors and think if we had a person online at all times it would be worth paying a fee for each name and email address you obtain that would like more information from our online chat.
We will guarantee you $2 per hour as a retainer however we will evaluate pay to you at $1 per name and email so if you obtain more than 2 leads per hour, you will get the value of your leads. For example, 4 leads per hour equals $4 for that hour.
If we sell the visitor a product you will earn a bonus on sales of no less than an additional $1 to $5 per sale depending on the sale value. This means you could earn $5-10 per hour working from home.
