Market our lottery

We are a charity for HM Armed Forces Veterans based in the UK, we have a lottery which is £1 per week and we need to grow our subscribers for this service. We need somebody to assist with the publicising of this lottery. We have used Twitter to let the veterans community know about it and have had a fair amount of success. We now need to look at a different demographic, the general public who care about the poor treatment veterans get upon leaving the forces. I invite ideas and plans and costings from all who may be interested in assisting us with this project. Please be aware that we are a registered charity and whilst we do have money available to grow the support, we cannot be paying the sorts of fees that large marketing companies charge and hence the reason for using a platform like freelancer.
