Laravel Installation Security Optimization and Node limiting

Hello,

I am seeking someone who is an expert in amazon EC2, mysql, laravel, web security and node.js.

This project has several components. First off, I need you to upgrade my laravel website to the latest version and help harden the installation against vulnerabilities. Ideally I would like to incorporate some type of 2FA into the admin login area.

Secondly, I also would like you to add rate limiting to the node installation for this website.

My ideal candidate will have the following qualities:

1. You must clearly communicate in English

2. You need to be able to work independent once the task has been assigned.

3. You need to be a problem solver

Please let me know what types of steps you would take to harden the laravel installation as part of your proposal.
