Bundle iOS app from existing Ionic Framework project -- 4

Simple project. I have an existing Ionic project, but the programmer does not have OSX or Xcode, so cannot build out for iOS (iPad2+/iPhone5+). I just need to build out the iOS app, and upload to our developer account. So I will send you the Ionic project, and you will build out the IOS version, and upload to our developer account. There is no additional coding needed.
