Online picture maker script (like [login to view URL])

I would like a script made which i can copy into my website which allows users to type in custom text and select a background image. An image is then generated which shows their text on the background they selected. I also want my website name to be shown at the bottom on each image.

This script should be very similar to:

[url removed, login to view]

But DO NOT copy this as i do not want to break their copyright over it. So it must be made from scratch (or edit ALOT).

I would like 3 lines of custom text which can all be different colours. And options of different colour backgrounds. There should also be an option to use their own background image which must be linked to another site (i dont want to host the files). so they can enter something like '[url removed, login to view]' which will then copy that image.

The final image generated should be 96 x 96 pixels and contain my website name in small writing at the bottom.

You should be able to design the text letters yourself and blend in with the selected background. I want the neon text used at [url removed, login to view] but also other text for people to use. I have no experience with image/text design so this must be done by you.

More image/text details will be given to the chosen bidder. I also want full rights over the script.
