Dynamic Map using Html5

Hi, i would like to develop a map of brazil,

i have website that show my products.

This website show specfic products of my brand

we have differents shops that sell our products in our country, we already have map that will be used (you dont need draw new one.

For example, in brazil have 27 diferent states, each state have diferent cities,

My idea is:

Customer will access where to buy map.

So he will click on specific state, then will click on specifc city, after it will show all shops from this city, after click, will show photos and informations of this shop.

I already have full mysql database, with states, cities and shops,

but all map have to made developed using html5 or similar, and new cities and shops have to be created using a content manager.

Company that developed my website, stoped develop it because webdesigner left the company

And now i need freelancer to develop it.

It have to be done in 1 week.

Map can be made using Flash, not html5.
